What kinds of snacks come in each box?
We offer two different themed snack boxes, a Fun Box and a Fit Box. Our Fun Box includes a variety of name-brand classic snacks such as Oreos, Doritos, Cheez-It, Sour Patch & More. Our Fit Box includes a variety of name-brand healthy snacks such as Terra chips, Kind bars, RX BARS, Popchips & more.
Are the snacks full-size or sample portions?
All of our snack boxes include a variety of individually wrapped single serve snacks.
How many different products come in each box?
The Fun Box includes 40 snacks & the Fit Box includes 30 snacks.
Are your products nut-free?
No, they are not. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of nuts.
Do you offer phone support?
We don't offer telephone support, but we’re more than happy to help via our contact us page and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can! We aim to reply within 24 hours, but it may take a little longer over weekends and public holidays.
What's the latest I can make a change to or cancel my box?
Once an order is placed it can not be canceled but adjustments can be made to the address if support is before your order ships.
Do I get to choose the snacks for each delivery?
We believe in the element of surprise! Our snack specialists curate a variety of snacks every month so you don't have to worry about snacking. In the near future, we will offer the option to build your own box :)
When will I get my Variety Fun order?
We send your first order right away. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered. You will typically be charged every 15 or 30 days for your next box, depending on your plan.
What are my shipping options?
We currently have 2 types of subscriptions. Our monthly subscription which recurs every 30 days. We also have our Bi-weekly subscription which recurs every 15 days.
How can I track my shipment?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your Variety Fun account.
When will I get my snack box?

Where can my snacks be delivered?
We ship boxes to all 50 US states (Please note shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will most likely not fall within our expected delivery time frame of 3-5 business days).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
When will I get billed?
Depending on your subscription, you will be billed every 30 or 15 days.
Can I return my box for a refund?
Due to food safety reasons, all boxes that leave our facilities can no longer be returned or refunded. We are not able to refund boxes that are refused or marked as returned to sender. Any boxes that are marked as "returned to sender" or "refused" are disposed of by USPS, and are not sent back to our Variety Fun warehouse.If you no longer wish to receive Variety Fun snack boxes, you can cancel future deliveries in your account.
If I cancelled my subscription, why am I still receiving an order?
Our return policy states that we ship out all placed and processing orders. Once all previously placed orders from your time of cancellation have been delivered, you will no longer receive orders.
I received a gift box but do not know who it’s from. What do I do?
Sometimes this happens when people order our Variety Fun box as a gift from our Amazon Store. While we can assure you that the snacks in your Variety Fun snack box are safe (and delicious!), we can not track who it was sent from.
How do I cancel my ongoing subscription?
In order to cancel your subscription, please refer to the following steps: Login to your Variety Fun Account > Click on Manage Subscription > Under actions please click on Cancel >. Please select your reason for canceling and click on Cancel Subscription And you’re done! In regards to your pending orders, all placed and processing orders will be delivered to you as planned. Please check out our return policy for more information.
How do I change my shipping information?
To change your shipping address follow these instructions: Login to your Variety Fun account here Under SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS you will see your current shipping address. At the end of your current shipping address is an Edit button. Click it. Update your info, click SAVE at the bottom. And you’re done!
How do I change my billing information?
To update your billing information please follow the steps below: Login to your Variety Fun account here Click on Manage Subscription. Now on the left-hand side (unless you're on mobile click the drop-down menu at the top where it says "Subscriptions") Select billing information. Select Edit in the same row as your billing information. Input your new information and click on SAVE and your all set!
How do I change my card on my account?
To update your card on your account please follow the steps below: - Login to your varietyfun.com account. - Click on Manage Subscription. - Now on the left-hand side (unless you're on mobile click the drop-down menu at the top where it says "Subscriptions") Select billing information. - Select Update card. - Input your new card info and click on Update Card again and your all set!
How do I view my purchase history?
To view your purchase history please follow the steps below: Login to your Variety Fun account here Click on Manage Subscription On the left-hand side, (unless you're on mobile click the drop-down menu at the top where it says "Subscriptions") Select purchase history And you’re done!
How do I add a subscription?
To add a subscription please make sure that you are logged in to your account. Once you are logged in, create a subscription like you normally would, and make sure that the email your using to create the new subscription is the same one linked to your current account.
