How do I sign up for Variety Fun?

Interested in getting started yourself, or for your office?

 

That's easy! First, decide if you're signing up for a subscription for yourself “Home Snacks” or if it's for your office, select “Office Snacks”.

 

Next, you're presented with all of our Variety Fun snack box options. You can choose between Fun Box and Fit Box.

Choose Your Box & Quantity

After, decide your quantity and you can always mix and match between FUN and FIT Boxes.

 

Then, decide how often do you want them. Our most common term length is the monthly plan for the home subscriber and the prepaid annual 12 month plan which saves you money, compared to the monthly plan.

What kinds of snacks come in each box?
We offer two different themed snack boxes, a Fun Box and a Fit Box. Our Fun Box includes a variety of name-brand classic snacks such as Oreos, Doritos, Cheez It, Sour Patch & more. Our Fit Box includes a variety of name-brand healthy snacks such as Terra chips, KIND bars, RX BARS, Popchips & more. At Variety Fun we partnered with over 500 brands so you can explore all your favorites and more!
Are the snacks full-size or individual size?
All of our snack boxes include a variety of individually wrapped single serve snacks.
Are your products nut-free?
No, they are not. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of nuts since we offer a large assortment in each box.
Do you offer phone support?
We don't offer telephone support, but we’re more than happy to help via email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can! You can reach out by using our contact form or by emailing support@varietyfun.com. We aim to reply within 24 hours, but it may take a little longer over weekends and public holidays.

I canceled my subscription, but still received another box after?
So you canceled your Variety Fun subscription, and a few weeks later, another box arrives. You're probably a bit irritated, and left wondering, didn't I cancel this? Well, yes, you did cancel your subscription, but in most cases didn't account for the remaining pending orders left on your account. Please understand, we're simply shipping the snack deliveries that you're owed, and not charging you after cancelling. As always though, if you have any questions, please reach out to us at support@varietyfun.com.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong snack box!
Sometimes we have so much going on in our busy lives, we forget or make a mistake. No worries, it happens to all of us! You can always log into you personal dashboard and make changes, or just reach out to us at support@varietyfun.com using your account email and we can update your order.
My snack box arrived damaged. Help!
It seems the shipping carrier damaged your snack box during transit. Not often, but every now and then we see photos of damaged snack boxes. Not fun! In the rare case this happens to your order, please take a photo of the damage, and send it to us at support@varietyfun.com. We'll respond within 24 hours with a solution.
I never wanted my snack box plan to renew!
We offer a seven day cancellation policy prior to your ship date, which means you have exactly one week to notify us of an unwanted renewal. Please note this will not cancel any pending orders. Please update your Account Dashboard or email us at support@varietyfun.com for assistance.
Can I return my box for a refund?
For food safety reasons, we are unable to accept any returns once the package has left the Variety Fun facility. Please fill out a Contact Us form or email us at support@varietyfun.com for assistance.
How do I apply a discount code?
Easy! Please apply your code at checkout under Promo Code section on the right side of the screen.

How much does a Variety Fun home subscription snack box cost?

Can I pause my subscription?
It's super easy to just take a month or two off, and get started back up when you're ready. Simply log into your account portal and select "View Details" under "Manage My Subscriptions" and then turn the “Auto-Renew Preferences” toggle off to pause your subscription.
When will my subscription charge renew?
Monthly renewals are simple. You will be charged each month on the day you were initially charged. For example, if you subscribed on the 10th of April, you will then be charged on the 10th of each month moving forward.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Canceling your subscription is easy and hassle-free! Simply login to your account portal and click" View Details" under "Manage My Subscriptions". You will see the subscription product you're currently receiving, subscription term, and shipping address. Below that, you will be able to cancel, pause, or just skip a month on your subscription. That's it! By canceling your subscription, you will no longer be renewed/charged. Please note we will still ship you any pending orders.

How can I update my credit card used for future renewals?
We make it simple to change your payment method. Just log into your Variety Fun customer portal. Once logged in, click "View Details" under "Manage My Subscriptions". Click “Change Payment Method”. Please choose from one of your existing payment methods or add a new one. You will be sent a confirmation email confirming your changes.
How do I print an invoice for my orders?
Need an invoice? No worries! Simply log into your account portal and select “My Orders". Find the specific order you'd like to print. Click “View Details” and print your invoice.
How can I see my past orders?
Forgot about last month’s box? Simply log into your account portal and select “My Orders". Choose your specific order and click “View Details”.
Can I manage multiple subscriptions under one account? Can I send to different addresses?
Yes, you can send snack subscription boxes to multiple shipping addresses under the one account, simply create a new plan for each location.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only orders shipped throughout New York state will incur sales tax.

Shipping & Delivery

How can I change my shipping address?
Updating your shipping address is easy! Super easy! Just login to your Variety Fun customer portal. Once logged in, click "View Details" under "Manage My Subscriptions", then click “CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS”. Please choose from one of your existing shipping addresses or add a new one. You will be sent an email confirming the change made to your account.
Does Variety Fun charge for shipping?
Variety Fun offers free shipping throughout the Continental US. Additional shipping details can be found here.
When will my snack box be shipped?
All Variety Fun snack boxes are expected to be delivered on the 1st or 15th of every month, depending on your starting date & plan. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions and keep an eye out for Variety Fun emails with shipping updates.
How do you ship Variety Fun boxes?
We use UPS/USPS to deliver all our orders. Variety Fun is shipped via UPS Ground/ USPS Priority Mail, and typically takes 3-5 business days from the day it’s shipped out.
Can I track my snack delivery?
As soon as your order is picked up by UPS/USPS, we automatically send you an email that contains your UPS/USPS tracking number each month. You can manage it all yourself, and you'll be snacking in no time! You can also track your package here.
Tracking says snack box was delivered, but I never received it!
If you can't locate your package within 48 hours of delivery being confirmed on your tracking, please send us an email to support@varietyfun.com and we will be more than happy to help. Also, please look for a delivery notice that may have been left by UPS/USPS. Additionally, your carrier may also choose to leave it in your mailbox or community parcel locker (if you have one.) If your address is in an office building, apartment complex, or shared space, we suggest looking around and checking in with your front desk officer, leasing officer, land lord, or mail/locker room.
I received a shipping delivery notice, what should I do?
You missed your delivery, and UPS/USPS left you a note? No worries! You have two options. Your shipment is most likely will be re-delivered. You may also schedule a re-delivery by contact UPS/USPS. To schedule a re-delivery, you will need your tracking number. Your UPS/USPS tracking number was sent to you via email on the day your snack box was picked up by UPS from our shipping facility in Brooklyn, NY.
Does Variety Fun ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO, etc.)?
At this moment our subscription boxes cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico or US Territory addresses.
Does Variety Fun ship to Alaska & Hawaii & other US territories?
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the Continental US at this time. Our subscription boxes cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or US Territory addresses.
Does Variety Fun offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Why is my subscription box being returned to sender?
Very rarely does it happen, but sometimes a few things can cause your snack boxes to be returned to sender. 1) The box was unable to be delivered to the address provided, commonly an incorrect address, 2) Package refused by the recipient, or 3) Multiple failed delivery attempts. If your snack box is being returned to us by the shipping carrier, please reach out to us via email at support@varietyfun.com. As soon as we receive it, we'll relabel your delivery and resend it. To avoid future issues, please confirm your shipping address within your account portal as well as on your original welcome receipt that is emailed to you immediately after signing up.
How can I get my Subscription ID?
Simply log into your account portal and select “View Details” under "My Subscription".
Can I have multiple shipping addresses?
Want to send snack boxes to multiple locations? No problem. You will be able to send snack boxes to multiple shipping addresses by creating a new plan for each location. This can all be done from one login account.
